Our return policy usually begins on the day that your item is received (item delivery/pick up date).
If your liners are damaged or defective when you receive them, please inform us immediately.
The item must be returned within 7 days. We will replace the item free of charge if there are any factory or manufacturing faults.
Items purchased from our re-sellers cannot be returned directly to us. They must be returned to the re-seller in accordance with their returns policy.
We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 14 days after purchase.
There are no returns or refunds if the liner got damaged due to negligence, damage or misuse by the customer.
